Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall at the Governor’s Housing Conference is the hub of networking, breaks, breakfasts, and the opening reception. This prime location will serve as your opportunity to showcase your housing and community development programs, activities and achievements. Don’t miss this opportunity to exhibit at the largest housing event in Virginia. Conference attendees will include nonprofit and for-profit developers, lenders, builders, realtors, architects, state and local officials, homeless service providers, community leaders, and elected representatives. Exhibit Space Details and Information
Fees: Nonprofit, $400 For-Profit, $500
The exhibit fee includes:
- 8’ x 10’ space with electricity;
- A draped 6’ X 2’ table;
- Booth identification sign; and
- One conference registration.
If you need additional personnel to staff the booth, you must register each of them separately for the conference.
Audio visual needs and exhibit services
After receipt of exhibitor information (form and payment), an e-mail confirmation will be sent to exhibitors. This e-mail will provide specific information about ancillary services and the necessary forms to meet the needs of exhibitors including guidance on how to order audiovisual equipment, modem access, and additional furnishing for the exhibit booth.
Set-up and take-down times
Exhibit set-up will be from Noon – 5 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008.
Your exhibit space must be set up by 5 p.m., Nov. 12 and must remain assembled until 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 14. You are responsible for the assembly and disassembly of your exhibit and any supplies and personnel required for assembly and disassembly.
Staffing of exhibit spaces
Your exhibit space must be staffed when the Exhibit Hall is open.
