The Governor’s Housing Conference is the largest and most comprehensive housing-related event of the year in Virginia.  Housing conference attendees are from many backgrounds and include nonprofit and private housing providers and developers, lenders, funders, fair housing advocates, and anyone interested in creating affordable housing opportunities in Virginia.

 

The 2009 conference attracted more than 900 attendees and featured special remarks from United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan, as well as a keynote presentation from Dr. David Erickson, director of the Center for Community Development Investments at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. 

 

Through financial support from generous sponsors, the conference continues to produce high-quality speakers, sessions and more each year.

 

2010 Sponsor Information

Platinum Sponsors - $10,000

Platinum Sponsors will receive 12 complimentary registrations, a front row table for 12 at the Virginia Housing Awards Luncheon, complimentary exhibit booth and special recognition in the conference program.  In appreciation for their significant involvement in housing, the conference will recognize Platinum Sponsors at both the opening plenary and the awards luncheon, where Platinum Sponsors will be given three minutes to make remarks to the audience. 

 

Sponsors at this level will also be invited to add a small gift to the conference registration bags and will have their company name and logo featured in all press releases, media advisories, and other marketing materials.

 

Gold Sponsors - $5,000

Gold Sponsors will receive seven complimentary registrations, prime seating for seven at the Virginia Housing Awards Luncheon as well as special recognition during the luncheon.  In addition, Gold Sponsors will receive a complimentary exhibit booth and recognition in the conference program and other materials.

Silver Sponsors - $2,500

Silver Sponsors will receive five complimentary registrations and recognition during the Virginia Housing Awards Luncheon.  Additionally, Silvers Sponsors will receive a complimentary exhibit booth and recognition in the conference program and other materials.

 

Bronze Sponsors- $1,000

Bronze Sponsors will receive two complimentary registrations and recognition during the Virginia Housing Awards Luncheon.  Additionally, Bronze Sponsors receive a complimentary exhibit booth and recognition in the conference program and other materials.

 

Brass (Nonprofits only) - $500

Brass Sponsors will receive one complimentary registration and recognition during the Virginia Housing Awards Luncheon.  Additionally, Bronze Sponsors receive a complimentary exhibit booth and recognition in the conference program.
